The Idiocy of Doug Powers Part 2

Doug wasn't done with his idiocy in the next blog entry. He was quoting an article about how the barges weren't safe for oil cleanup and get this:

What? No checking to make sure the barge workers were applying the proper SPF sunscreen and wearing hardhats?

Doug dude, that's not what it says, reread it:

The article says fire extinguishers and life vests, you said sunscreen and hardhats. Read it again Doug.

When people are going out at sea to do anything, I'm guessing that life vests are important to have. And since these barges are drifting in OIL, it's important to have a fire extinguisher handy as well. Remember, this disaster/crime happened because people cut corners when it came to safety, for the rescue effort to do the same would be offensive.
