92 Republicans Want Native Americans to get Raped

There's no way else to say it, but when 92 out of 170 (more than half) vote against a bill to help prevent rape against Native American women, you have to come to that conclusion.

    What does this have to do with rape? "H.R. 725:
    Indian Arts and Crafts Amendments Act of 2010"H.R. 725 seeks to address this continuing problem by strengthening the penalties associated with misrepresentation of Indian produced goods, and by empowering federal, tribal and local authorities to undertake investigations and enforcement.

    The "and by empowering federal, tribal and local authorities to undertake investigations and enforcement" part. Read the Amnesty link. It mentions a different name of the bill (The Tribal Law and Order Act), but it's the same thing.
