Squirrelboy is Going to Jail

Tom Delay is going to jail, maybe.

He faces between five and 99 years in prison, although the judge may choose probation.

But the dude should have gone to jail along time ago and the trial has been too long. Justice "Delayed" is justice denied. And probation is like a slap on the wrist, but we can hope Delay goes to jail.

''This is an abuse of power,'' he said. ''It's a miscarriage of justice. I still maintain my innocence. The criminalisation of politics undermines our very system.''

Boo freakin' hoo you crook. Try giving that same sympathy to drug users and minorities wrongfully on death row.

But we can now hope this is only the start. Every Republican politician belongs in jail for one reason or another, it's time to start the trials.
