North Korea (I don't need to link to any story, you know what they did.)
It was a tough choice of either Brad Childress for getting fired or North Korea for almost starting World War 3. And like all wars, it would have been started over something stupid like shelling a small fucking island nobody has ever heard of.
Let's all just hope for peace.
