Billboard Reading

A person is driving down a road outside a city and they read all the billboards describing what is in the city. They see a sign for a mall and say, "They have a mall!" They see a sign for an amusement park and say, "They have an amusement park!" They see a sign for a zoo and say, "They have a zoo!" The next sign they see is old and hasn't changed in a while. The sign is mostly white and the faded message is incoherent. The person reads it and says, "And they have a Republican Party!"
