Idiot of the Week
In the big news story about the cold-blooded murder of Trayvon Martin, there are a lot of choices to choose from including Geraldo, the Sanford police chief, and the lying neighbors who said that said that Martin attacked Zimmerman. Newt takes the cake (figuratively and literally, he's fat) referring to Obama's passionate words about Martin's death:
"Is the President suggesting that if it had been a white who had been shot that would be ok because it didn’t look like him?"
Seriously, is Gingrich running to be the president of the KKK (stupid question, the Republican Party is basically the KKK)? Seriously, can anybody say anything that dumb and racist and not be wearing a white robe and hood? Racists do two things, they hate non-whites and they pretend that other white people are persecuted and accuse non-whites of being racist against them. The latter is what Gingrich is accusing Obama of doing. As a white person, racists offend me and don't speak me. Gingrich can kiss my non-racist ass!
Joke
One wore a hoodie and the other wears a hood.
But it's not a joke.

Quote of the Day
Saturday, March 24, 2012
Why?
The former senator, who boasts that he is from the part of Pennsylvania where President Obama said people “cling to guns or religion,” began his last day campaigning in Louisiana by picking up a Colt 45 and emptying two magazines into a circular target, not a human-shaped one.
He thanked the range master, who complimented his shooting, for a chance “to get those juices flowing in the morning” and told the crowd, “What I was able to exercise was one of those fundamental freedoms that’s guaranteed in our Constitution, the right to bear arms.”
A woman in the audience suggested, “Pretend it’s Obama,” unnerving the Secret Service. Santorum later said he did not hear the comment.
The "pretend it's Obama" comment is bad enough, but I think we are missing the bigger picture: why are presidential candidates shooting at any targets at all? I think people like Santorum set up their crazy followers to say things like that and they should be held responsible. Shooting at a target should not be a normal thing to do for a campaigning candidate, then again Santorum is not normal.
Happy 2nd Birthday to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act!
It was actually yesterday, but still happy birthday to the greatest legislation passed since the 70's!
