Some Tough Words
I have this philosophy that if you say, "I oppose X, but I oppose the path to stopping X", you really don't oppose X. For example, if you oppose car deaths, but oppose safety measures that stop those deaths, you don't want lives to be saved. I could mention a few other examples, but I'd be here forever. The one example that I'd like to highlight is the issue of gun control. Now gun control has been proven to work when it's enforced the right way, so it can save lives when enacted. There is this cult mentality around guns that borders on insanity and it needs to be stopped. These people will do anything to stand in the way of common sense gun control and that will cost lives. To make things worse, they will mock, insult, and try to take down good people who want to try to stop gun deaths. These same people will then say they oppose gun deaths and massacres like the Columbine or Sandy Hook shootings. Two words: crocodile tears. Look, if you are a gun nut and support people being irresponsible with guns, please admit it. Stop pretending to care about the victims and getting in the way of good people cleaning up the mess. Or just compound the problem more.

Besides being Easter, today is also the 15th anniversary of the Columbine Massacre. Let's keep them in our memory and fight for more gun control.

Obamacare Will Save Lives
Republicans will never support Obamacare and fuck them, haters are going to hate. With more people enrolling in healthcare, lives are going to be saved and people are going to live longer and be more healthier. But Republicans aren't going to have it, so just fuck them, I've had it with their bullshit. Obama deserves the respect he deserves and one day we can have single-payer healthcare like they do in other countries to bypass the for-profit insurance companies. Until then, Obamacare will save lives, thank you Obama!

Can We Please Stop Feeling Sorry For Bigots?
Seriously. Some people are in an uproar over Brendan Eich getting fired from Mozilla Firefox and it's like "cry me a freaking river." Eich wanted to suppress the rights of gay people, I think it's only fair to give him a taste of his own medicine. It's still legal to fire gay people in many states for doing wrong, let's stop feeling sorry for the bad guys receiving karma.

Priorities?
I think it's fair to say that Republicans have spent more time over the last week criticizing Obama over the invasion of Crimea than they have criticizing Putin.
